HW Party Wall Surveyors
At HW Party Wall Surveyors, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and the regulatory landscape.
The Party wall etc Act 1996 is in place to provide clear guidance and restrictions on what and how any works can be carried out to a party wall / structure, it is not there to prevent works being carried out.
Therefore the role of the Party Wall Surveyor is to mediate how these works are carried out to ensure that the interests and equity of all owners is maintained and achieved in a fair and reasonable way. Our experience with all sectors of the construction industry allows us to act in a fair and impartial manner to reach an amicable conclusion.
